When I was a little girl the only vegetable I loved was creamed spinach. Over the years, I tried "new" vegetables. Now for me its important to buy seasonal vegetables which are full of vitamins and natural goodness. Every season offers you fresh and exciting vegetables to create great and healthy food.

Eat fruit, when they are in season

Everybody knows the sentence "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"! But not only apples are good for  you. There are so many delicous fruits available. Its good to eat them when they are in season. For example strawberries (May to September). Enjoy them pure, in desserts or even in a savoury dish combined with green asparagus.

Self Gardening Harvests

I always dream to have my own garden. And sometimes dreams will come true... In the meantime I go to the local farmers market and buy what its on offer.  When you do not have a time to cook a meal - make a healthy juice using apples, beetroot, carrots and some ginger!
